Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the CryptoBilis Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

CryptoBilis reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and for forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

To become an approved affiliate, you must submit an application through the Cryptobilis Affiliate Program page. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your website or social media presence. Our team will review your application based on factors such as traffic, content quality, and audience fit. If approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link and access to promotional assets.

2. Commission Structure

• Wallet Referrals: Affiliates will earn a 3% commission for each successful referral on wallet-related products.
• Other Products: For select products, affiliates will earn up to 5% commission (*please refer to the specific product details for eligibility).
• Commissions will only be earned on qualified purchases made through your unique affiliate link.

Note: Commission rates for specific products or services may change at any time, so always refer to the affiliate dashboard for the most up-to-date details.

3. Payment and Withdrawal

• Affiliates are eligible for payment once a minimum of three successful orders have been made, and the accumulated commission reaches ₱1,500.
• Payments will be processed according to the terms set by CryptoBilis, and affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Tracking and Cookies

• We utilize cookies to track referrals. The tracking cookies will remain active for 14 days after a user clicks your affiliate link.
• If a purchase is made during this period, you will earn a commission, even if the user doesn’t complete the purchase immediately.

5. Affiliate Obligations

• Affiliates agree not to engage in any deceptive practices, including false advertising or misleading claims, that could harm the reputation of CryptoBilis or its products.
• Affiliates should disclose that they are earning commissions from their affiliate links in a clear and transparent manner, as required by applicable laws and guidelines.

6. Marketing and Promotional Materials

• Affiliates will have access to banners, graphics, and other promotional materials provided by CryptoBilis. These materials are for use in promoting CryptoBilis products and services through approved channels such as websites, social media, and other platforms.
• Affiliates agree to use only the approved marketing assets provided by CryptoBilis and not to modify these assets without prior consent.

7. Affiliate Dashboard

• After approval, affiliates will receive access to an affiliate dashboard. This dashboard allows you to track your clicks, sales, and commissions. Affiliates should regularly monitor their dashboard for updates and performance metrics.

8. Program Termination

• CryptoBilis reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate account at any time, without notice, if the affiliate is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in activities that are detrimental to the program or CryptoBilis’ reputation.
• Affiliates can terminate their participation in the program at any time by contacting CryptoBilis support. Any unpaid commissions at the time of termination will be forfeited if the affiliate fails to meet the minimum payout threshold.

9. No Costs Involved

• Joining the CryptoBilis Affiliate Program is completely free. There are no upfront costs for affiliates to participate.

10. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoBilis, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program or use of the affiliate links.

11. Modifications to Terms

CryptoBilis reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation in the program will signify acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
